摘要
通过有限元仿真模拟了卷封工艺过程,分析了滚轮曲线各段对二重卷边所起的作用,并对4种曲线的卷封性能进行了分析比较,确定了性能最优良的卷封曲线,并对其进行了优化,从而得到理想的卷封曲线。
In this paper, by finite element simulation of the double seam process, the different roles of every curve on the roller during double seaming have been analyzed. Performance analysis and comparison of four curves to determine the best seaming curve, and optimized it to obtain good seaming curve.
