This paper analyses the characteristics in the automatically CAPP system design. The definition and characteristics of artificial neural network are introduced. Based on artificial neural network, it discusses the automatically CAPP design system of artificial neural network. Taking use of artificial neural network, established patterns,the CAPP system can generate process route automatically.
