摘要 深孔加工一直以其高难度和高成本而闻名于制造业。因此,研究国际上应用普遍的枪钻,BTA钻,双管喷吸钻和DF钻技术,探讨各种深孔切削刀具、装备的工作机理及优化设计思路,促进我国深孔加工技术和装备的科学研究和现代化发展,是从事机械设计与制造的广大科技工作者的重要课题之一。介绍了DF深孔加工系统的工作原理,并与其他深孔加工方法进行了比较,提出了仍需研究解决的问题。 The deep hole processing continuously was well-known by of its high difficulty and the high cost in the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the research on international applied universally butts, BTA drills double barrel, spurts attracts drills drills the technology with DF, discusses each kind of deep hole cutting tool, the equipment work mechanism and the optimized design mentality. It promoted our country deep hole processing technology and the equipment scientific research and the modernized development. It was engaged in one of the machine design and manufacture general scientific and technical worker's important topics. This article introduced the DF deep hole processing system principle of work, and has carried on the comparison with other deep hole processing method, proposed still had to study the solution the question.
