摘要
在高速工况下,模切机间歇输纸机构是1个复杂的振动系统。该机构的振动是严重影响纸张模切精度的因素之一。通过构建该机构实际运行状态的测试系统,运用相应的数据采集程序,对1台自动烫印模切机进行了实测和数据分析,得到了该机构的动力学模型参数,不仅为该机构的研究提供了检验方法,而且也对其他类型印刷包装设备的凸轮机构的研究提供了有效的理论借鉴。
Intermittent paper feeding system of mould-cutting machine is a complicated vibration system. Its is key factor effecting paper mould-cutting quality. A testing system of actual running state of intermittent paper feeding system was built and the corresponding program for collecting data was designed, which were applied to a automation die cutting to measure actually and analysis and the parameters of the kinetics model of the mechanism were gained, and which not only provided the testing method for the researching of the mechanism, but also provided the effective basis of theory for the researching of other types of the printing and package equipments' cam mechanism.
