摘要
目的探讨炎症因子IL-6在心房颤动发生和发展中的作用。方法通过对成年家兔高位右房快速电刺激,建立急性房颤的动物模型,按房颤持续时间的不同分别在1h,2h,4h,6h从各实验组中兔颈静脉采血,离心分离血清,应用放射免疫分析法测定血清中IL-6的水平,与正常对照组比较,并进行统计学分析。结果房颤组2h,4h,6h血清IL-6的水平分别为(81.67±10.68)pg/ml,(100.65±7.75)pg/ml,(110.78±4.50)pg/ml,均高于正常对照组(55.37±12.6)pg/ml(F=50.152,P=0.000)。房颤组1h血清IL-6水平[(65.07±11.62)pg/ml]与对照组比较二者间无统计学差异。结论随着房颤持续时间的延长,血清IL-6的水平明显升高,表明炎症状态可能参与了房颤的发生发展。
Objective To explore the significance of interleuldn-6 as a systematic inflammatory factor in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation(AF). Methods The rabbit model of atrial fibrillation was established by rapid pacing of the upper right atrium. Blood samples were collected by jugular vein at 1 h, 2 h , 4 h , 6 h after atrial fibrillation. Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the serum IL-6 levels. Results At 2 h, 4 h, 6 h after atrial fibrillation, serum IL-6 levels were (81.67 ± 10.68)pg/ml, (100.65 ± 7.75)pg/ml and(110.78 ± 4.50)pg/ml respectively, significantly higher than that of control group[ (55.37 ± 12.6)pg/ ml, F = 50. 152, P = 0. 000 ] ; While there was no significant difference at hour 1 compared with control group. Conclusion That serum IL-6 level elevates with prolonging of atrial fibrillation indicates that the inflammatory state may participate in the occurrence and persistence of atrial fibrillation.
