摘要 目的探讨小剂量左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)在实验性大鼠急性胰腺炎中的治疗效果。方法观察小剂量L-Arg(100mg/kg)治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠后血清淀粉酶、胰腺组织中的一氧化氮(NO)浓度、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)含量以及胰腺组织的病理变化。结果治疗组血清、胰组织NO浓度显著升高,iNOS的表达和胰腺组织病理评分显著降低。结论小剂量左旋精氨酸(L-Arg)应用可对胰腺起保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of low dose of L-arginine on acute pancreatitis in Spriague-Dawleg (SD) rats. Methods After given low-dose of L-arginine (100 mg/kg), the serum amylase, the levels of nitric oxide and iNOS in plasma and pancreatric tissues, and the pathological changes of pancreatric tissues were detected and observed in SD rats of acute pancreatitis. Results In treated group, the level of nitric oxide in plasma and pancreatric tissues significantly increased, while iNOS expression and pathological changes significantly decreased. Conclusion The low-dose of L-arginine could protect the pancreas.
