防空信息化建设与作战,是整个建设信息化军队、打赢信息化战争、机械化与信息化复合跨越式发展进程中的重要组成部分,而防空作战指挥信息化又是防空信息化的重要内容。从防空作战指挥信息化的时代需求、主要特征、发展重点三个方面作以探讨,为防空信息化建设与发展提供思路和借鉴。

The informatization construction and operation of air defence are important constituents of the whole tenor of constructing informatization troops, enchring informatization war and developing mechanization and informatization in compound-and-span way. What＇s more, the air defence operational command informatization is an important content of the informatzation of air defence. This paper studies on the era demands, primary characteristic and development emphases of the air defence operational command informatization, which will supply clues and reference for the air defence informatization construction and development.
