摘要
利用12个随机引物对23个双核丝核菌菌株进行DNA指纹分析,结果表明,12个引物共获得210条多态性DNA谱带,多态性检测率为100%。利用UPGMA法构建的分子系统树分析发现,以遗传距离0.86为阈值,可以将供试的23个菌株分为13个RAPD组,三个测试菌株:Bch-61、SM-18、RY-86的融合群归属问题有待于进一步确定。上述结果说明供试的双核丝核菌菌株间存在丰富的遗传多样性。
Twelve RAPD primers were used to assess the genetic variation of 23 isolates of binucleate Rhizoctonia from different localities of Yunnan Province. A total of 210 polymorphic bands were amplified with and no common bands were found among tested isolates. The results showed that the rate of polymorphism of the isolates was 100 %. The dendrogram constructed by Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic Average (UPGMA) suggested that 23 isolates could be divided into 13 RAPD groups with a genetic distance of O. 86, according to RAPD data. However, 3 isolates, Bch-61, SM- 18, and RY- 16, warrant further identification.
