摘要
本文通过动物实验研究了中华稻蝗黄酮的降血脂、抗氧化作用。实验结果表明,黄酮的提取物可明显抑制高脂饲料引起的小鼠清TC、TG、LDL-C和AI上的升高;对已经形成高脂血症小鼠TC、TG、LDL-C和AI的水平有显著降低的作用,并使HDL-C的水平有明显的提高。也能显著增强小体内的SOD、CAT和GSH-P活性,降低MDA的含量。
Research on Lowering blood lipid and anti - oxidative activities of flavonoids of Oxya chinensis (Thunberg) was conducted animal experiment. The result of the experiment shows that flavonoids extact of the Oxya chinensis can inhibit rising of serum TC ,TG,LDL- C and Alin mice which was feed on excess fat forage; Meanwhile it can decrase serum TC ,TG,LDL - C and Al and increase HDL - Cin hyperlipemia mice. It was also found that the activities of SOD, GSH - Px and CAT were increased and the contents of MDA was decreased.
