摘要
本文采用电子自旋共振(ESR)来研究硅材料作为锂离子电池负极材料的机理。组装了以硅为负极材料,金属锂为正极材料的模拟电池,充电至不同的储锂状态后,测试了负极的ESR谱,并和储锂之前的硅材料的ESR谱进行比较,有助于从能带理论的角度认识硅负极储锂的机理。
In this paper, electron spin resonance(ESR) spectrometry was used on the investigation of the mechanism of Si as the anode material of Li-ion rechargeable batteries. Assembled model Li-ion batteries with metal Li as cathode material, and Si as anode material, charged them to variable lithium ion stored capacities. Compared the ESR spectroscopy of Si and lithiated Si, it could reveal the mechanism of Li stored in Si by band model theory.
