摘要
辅导员队伍逐渐呈现职业化和专家化趋势,高校帮助辅导员构建职业前途战略模型,能有效地激励辅导员提高管理能力和管理水平。构建辅导员职业前途战略模型主要包括战略制定、战略选定、战略实施和战略检查监督四个阶段。
There has been a gradually increasing tendency of professionalization and specialization among the counsellors at universities. It will be an effective stimulus on their desire to enhance administrative ability if universities help them build a model strategy of their career prospects. Construction of such a strategy mainly consists of four stages, namely, classification, selection, implementation and follow--up supervision.
