摘要 以鲮鱼加工废弃物—鲮鱼排为原料,对脱脂鲮鱼骨制备的最佳工艺条件,脱脂骨粉在不同的活化温度、乳酸浓度、活化时间等条件下转化成活性钙的效果,不同方法提取活性钙含量以及检验活性钙的有关成分进行了初步探讨。结果表明,鲮鱼骨脱脂的最佳工艺方案为9%NaOH浸泡60 min,m(脱脂鱼骨粉,g)∶v(20%的乳酸,mL)=1∶7,在活化温度35℃下浸泡脱脂鱼骨粉15 h,制备活性钙的效果最佳,所得的活性钙产品纯度为67.56%,其中含有脂肪1.02%,乳酸0.8%,水分2.83%。 We made primary research about the effect when the cirrhina molitorella bone was transformed to active calcium under condition of the optimum technology, compound condition, activation time and activation temperature, different acid concentration, about different methods for extracting active calcium and test of some ingredient of active calcium. The results showed it was the optimum technology of condition under 9% NaOH and marinating 60 minutes, the best effect to make active calcium under the below condition: soaking degreasant fishbone powder 15 h under the active temperature of 35℃ with the rate of m (degreasant fishbone powder, g) : v (20%lactic acid,mL) =1 : 7. Purity of the active calcium products was 67.56%, which contained 1.02% fat, 0.8% lactic acid and 2.83% moisture.
