摘要
本文介绍了对-N咪唑基苯甲醛这种重要的药物和配位中间体的合成新方法,改进了传统方法,通过加入相转移催化剂,有效增加了非均相物系反应中反应物间的接触面积,该方法使产率大大提高并且产品的后处理尤为简单。
The valid method of synthesizing of an important medicine and coordination intermediates of 4-(imidazol-1-yl) benzaldehyde was reported in this article. The tradition method was improved. The yield could be increased and product could be purified easily through adding phase-transfer catalyst to enlarge active surface of reaction products in non-advantage phase system.
