开题报告是学位论文研究工作展开的基准点,对研究工作起到定位作用。要重视开题报告,通过理论思维来发现研究问题。在提出问题时注意“层次”;在搜集文献时要注意瞄准主流文献,随时进行整理;在明确研究目标时,要使研究目标具体而不死板。为了保证硕士研究生的培养质量,提高论文质量,必须进行开题报告评议会,以使专家帮助判断选题是否有意义,并对研究方法及论文的写作思路给予切实的指导。

The thesis report is an important base in the work of thesis writing. It plays the role of pinpointing the task. This paper first discusses the importance of the thesis report and then explains how to prepare the thesis report, including how to select the issue for research, how to synthesize and summarize the literature, putting forward the questions with hierarchy, collecting the mainstream literature, determining the research aim concretely but not inflexibly and so on. Finally it is thought that holding a meeting to appraise the opening report is necessary, which can ensure the experts to help to tell the quality of opening report and raise the level of thesis.
