4种栽培大麦染色体组型和C-带带型的比较分析

Studies on the Karyotype and C-banding Pattern of Four Cultivated Barley

对栽培大麦4个品种的染色体组型和C-分带带型进行了分析和研究,结果表明:不同大麦品种的染色体C带的分布在数目和强弱存在明显差异,不同大麦品种同一序号的染色体表现不同程度的C-带带型的多态性.

This paper is to study and analyze the Karyotype and C-banding pattern of chromosomes in four cuhivars of cultivated barley. The result indicates that Giemsa C-band of four cultivars of cultivated barley is obviously distinct in quantity and intensity of bands. The different chromosomes show a diversity of C-banding patterns with different extent.
