摘要
住房发展水平是衡量城市社会经济发展的重要指标之一,本文运用神经网络方法,对南京城市房地产系统这一复杂社会经济系统进行分析和预测,提出“十一五”期间与南京经济发展相协调的人均住房建筑面积指标.
The housing development is one of the important index measured urban economics. A BP neural network model which is efficient in dealt with complicated system was established to analyze the housing development of Nanjing and to obtain proposal of construction area per person due to the economics development.
