信息技术校本培训的实践探索

On the Feasibilities of School-based Teacher Training in Information Technology

随着教育信息化的推进,中小学教师的信息技术水平亟待提高.作为高校专业研究人员,我们与南京市某小学合作开展了一次信息技术校本培训的实践.我们希望在实践中得到的经验和发现的问题能够为中小学的校本培训提供借鉴.

With the development of e-education, it is urgent to improve elementary and high school teachers＇ ability to use information technology. This paper is to discuss a school-based training program in information technology, a program cooperated by professionals from a research institute and teachers in an elementary school in Nanjing. It is hoped that the experience obtained from this practice will be helpful to the school-based teacher training programs for elementary and high school teachers.
