Application of the analytic hierarchy process to electric Construction project risk evaluation

介绍了层次分析法的评价理论,并针对项目的多种风险的特点,利用层次分析法对项目风险进行定性与定量结合的评价,得出合理的评估方案.最后通过电力建设项目的实例,结合AHP的理论方法来具体评价项目风险.

This paper introduces the appraisal theory of the analytic hierarchy process. According to the characteristics of project risk, the analytic hierarchy process is utilized to evaluate the project risk with the qualitative and quantitative appraisal. At last the rational assessment scheme is obtained. Finally through the embodiment of the electric construction project, project risk is concretely evaluated with the analytic hierarchy process.
