摘要 介绍了薄壁桥墩钢防撞浮箱的设计要点,并基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,演示了1艘500 t级驳船与浮箱碰撞的数值仿真计算过程,分析了撞击力、能量转换的规律和特点,并与不设浮箱时的船桥碰撞结果作对比,以评价浮箱的防护性能,从而为同类桥梁的维护提供技术和理论上的支持。 In this paper, the design essentials of anti-collision steel pontoon for thin-wall bridge pier are introduced. By means of the software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the process of numerical simulation calculation of a 500 DWT barge colliding against the pontoon is demonstrated. The laws and characteristics of the collision forces and energy exchange thereof are analyzed and compared to the results of the barge colliding against a bridge pier not equipped with the pontoon in order to evaluate the protective capacity of the pontoon and to provide protection of similar bridge piers with technical and theoretic supports.
