摘要
在房屋安全隐患调查数据的基础上,利用模糊数学技术,研制了一套对既有房屋进行安全评估的软件系统。该系统根据用户的调查数据,给出各安全隐患的级别以及房屋的安全等级。实际测试表明,该软件有较高的使用价值,为现场工程师提供了准确而快速地处理现场调查信息的工具,为管理者提供了房屋修缮的决策依据。
On the basis of the house potential safety hazard investigation data, fuzzy mathematical techniques are adopted to develop a software system for safety assessment on existing houses. This system, according users' investigation data, defines each level of potential safety hazard and the safety levels of houses. As tests show, this software has high use value, and provides onsite engineers with the tool to accurately and 'apidly process onsite investigation nvestigation and managers with the basis for making decisions for house repair.
