摘要
根据基于12σ理论的双侧控制图原理,推导出基于12σ理论的双侧控制图控制界限的计算公式,并给出基于12σ理论控制图的算例.计算结果表明,在技术条件、技术水平相同的条件下,采用基于12σ理论的控制图进行质量控制,可提高产品质量、降低成本,从而提高企业的经济效益,增强企业的竞争力.
The calculation formula for control limit of double-side-restricted management chart based on 12σ theory was derived, and a calculation example was given. According to the result of calculation, the adoption of 12σ theory-based control chart can improve the quality of products and reduce the cost, and thus, it can improve the economic benefit and enhance the competitive capacity of enterprises.
