中风膏对实验性脑出血大鼠血液流变学指标的影响

Effects of Zhongfeng Soft Extract on blood theology of experimental rats with cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察中风膏对大鼠脑出血(ICH)的血液流变学的影响。方法采用自体尾静脉血注入法诱导大鼠脑出血模型,除空白组与模型组灌服生理盐水外,其余各组灌胃给药,分别于造模后24 h、3 d、5 d分批处死大鼠,取血,对各组大鼠血液采用LBY-N6A血流变测试仪检测。结果中风膏组和步长脑心通组全血黏度、血浆黏稠度(PV)、红细胞压积(HF)、红细胞聚集指数(RF)与模型组比较显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗时间越长,降低越明显,中风膏在降低PV、HF、RF方面明显优于步长脑心通。结论中风膏在降低血液黏度、促进血肿吸收、改善微循环方面有良好的作用。

Objective：To observe the effects of Zhongfeng Soft Extract on blood theology of experimental rats with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：The rat models with cerebral hemorrhage were induced by instillation of venous blood in auto-end part. Except normal group and model group that were poured normal saline, the others were poured medicine. And killed all rats and the blood was measured by LBY - N6A surveyor of blood theology. Results：Compared with model group, the blood viscosity, PV, HF and RF in Zhongfeng Soft Extract group and Buchang Naoxintong group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and treating time was longer, the degree of decrease was more obvious. Zhongfeng Soft Extract was better than Buchang Naoxintong in the way decreasing PV, HF and RF. Conclusion：Zhongfeng Soft Extract has good effects on decreasing the blood viscosity, promoting the absorption of hematoma, improving microcirculafion.
