TCD和BAEP对椎-基底动脉供血不足的诊断价值比较

Evaluation and comparison of TCD and BAEP for diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency

目的:研究TCD和BAEP对椎-基底动脉供血不足(vertebrobasilar insufficiency,VBI)的诊断价值。方法:选择临床诊断的椎-基底动脉供血不足的病人34例在发病3d内进行TCD和BAEP检查,并与20例性别、年龄相匹配健康人的结果进行对照分析。结果:TCD诊断VBI的敏感度79.4%,特异度为95%;BAEP诊断VBI的敏感度73%,特异度为90%;将两者结合则敏感度为91.2%。结论:TCD和BAEP相结合提高了对VBI诊断的敏感性,可以作为诊断VBI首选的辅助检查方法。

Objective： To investigate the value of of TCD and BAEP for diagnosis of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods： TED and BAEP of 34 casea with VBI with 3 days far the laston set of symptoms were investigated and compared wit control groups matched with sex and age.Results：Far the diagnosis of VBI, the sensitivity of TCD and BAEP is 79.4% and 73% respectively, and its specificity is 95% and 90% respectively. The combination of TCD and BAEP make the sensitivity improve 91.2%. Conclusions： The combination of TCD and BAEP improve the aenaifivity of diagnosis of VBI. It＇s first selected method to extend in clinical application.
