股骨粗隆间骨折不同内固定方法疗效比较

Comparision of effect on femoral instable in tertrachanteric fracture

目的:观察比较股骨粗隆间骨折不同内固定方法的疗效。方法:对97例股骨粗隆间骨折分别行动力髋螺钉(DHS,A组).Gamma钉(B组)、股骨近端钉(PFN.C组)手术内固定治疗,从手术时间、术中出血量、术中并发症、术后引流量、骨折临床愈合时间、术后功能恢复程度、术后并发症等方面比较各组结果。结果:B、C组较A组手术时间短、术中出血量及术后引流量少、骨折临床愈合时间短;A、C组较B组术中并发症发生率低,以上差异有统计学意义。结论:三种内固定方法相比,PFN是治疗股骨粗隆间骨折较好的内固定方法。

Objective： To observe the effect in the different internal fixation of femur tertrachanteric fracture.Methods：Internal fixation was performed with the DHS（ group A）, Gamma （ group B ）, PFN（ group C） for the 97 cases of femoral tertrachanteric fracture. We compared with the result of every groups through the operation time, the Surgical bleeding amount , the surgical syndrome, the postoperative effluent amount, the clinical cicatrize time of fracture, the recover degree of postoperative function, the post operative syndrome etc. Results： The group B and C was shorter than the group A from operation time,surgical bleeding amount,post- operative effluent amount and clinical cicatrize time of fracture.the surgical syndrome of the group A and C was shorter than the group B, The aforementioned had statistics meaning. Conclusions： PFN was the better internal fixation of femur intertanteric fracture.
