摘要
目的观察乳核速消胶囊对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的治疗作用,探讨其疗效和作用机理。方法用肌注外源性苯甲酸雌二醇及黄体酮的方法复制大鼠乳腺增生模型,观察各组大鼠乳腺组织变化,用放射免疫法检测血清生殖激素三项(E2,P,PRL),免疫组化方法观察乳腺组织中雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)的变化。结果乳核速消胶囊治疗组大鼠的乳腺增大和腺泡、导管增生均显著轻于模型组;血浆雌二醇、乳腺组织中ER和PR含量显著低于模型组;血浆黄体酮含量则显著高于对照组。结论乳核速消胶囊对大鼠乳腺增生具有抑制作用,其机理与调节实验性大鼠性激素的血浓度及其受体的表达有关。
Objective To study the function mechanism of the traditional medicine - Ruhesuxiao Capsules on experimental mastoplasia rat. Methods The progesterone and estrogen were used to set up the rat mastoplasia model . Serum hormone ( E2 P PRL) was measured, the change of rat mastoplasia pathology was observed by light microscope, the expression of ER, PR in breast tissue was observed by immunohistochemical technology. Results Compared with the model group, the effects of treatment groups were more obvious in improving the rats mastoplasia pathology structure, regulating the E2, P, PRL in serum, decreasing the expressions of ER , PR in breast tissue. Condusion Ruhesuxiao Capsules can inhibit the astoplasia. It is possible that the function mechanism is related to regulating the level of hormone in serum and reducing the expressing of ER, PR in breast tissue .
