摘要
目的观察癃必舒胶囊对丙酸睾丸素致大鼠实验性前列腺增生的影响。方法大鼠去睾丸7d后,皮下注射(sc)丙酸睾丸素(3 mg/kg)制备大鼠前列腺增生症病理模型。同时连续灌胃(ig)癃必舒胶囊(0.25,0.5,1.0 g.kg-1)21 d,末次给药后1 h处死大鼠,取前列腺称重,计算前列腺系数,并进行病理检查。结果癃必舒胶囊组前列腺湿干系数明显小于丙酸睾丸素组。病理学检查显示癃必舒胶囊组大鼠前列腺处于增生状态的腺体数明显低于丙酸睾丸素组,非增生状态的腺体数多于丙酸睾丸素组。结论癃必舒胶囊对大鼠实验性前列腺组织增生有明显抑制作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Longhishu capsule (LBSC) on prostatic hyperplasia in rats induced by testosterone propionate. Methods Seven days after the male rats were castrated, testosterone propionate (3 mg/kg) was sc injected in rats. Meanwhile the rats were administered LBSC (0.25, 0.5, 1.0 mg/kg) once a day, and the treatment continued for 21d. An hour after the final administration, the rats were put to death, and the weights of prostates were measured, then count the coefficients of the prostates . The construction of prostate glands was also observed under light microscope. Results The dry and the wet coefficients of the prostates in the group with LBSC capsules were obviously lower than those in the model group. The gland numbers of the prostates with hyperplasia in the LBSC group were significantly lower than those in the testesterone propionate group; the gland numbers of the prostates without hyperplasia in the LBSC group were higher than those in the testesterone propionate group. Conclusion LBSC can significantly inhibit prostatic hvperplasia in rats.
