妇月康胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Fuyuekang Capsule

目的建立妇月康胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,uBondapak C18（4.0 mm×250 mm）柱,甲醇-5%冰醋酸溶液（22∶78）为流动相,检测波长322 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.0725-0.2900μg范围内浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999（n=5）。平均回收率99.46%,RSD为1.26%。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于妇月康胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of ferulic acid in Fuyuekang Capsules. Methods HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis using a uBondapak C18（4.0 mm× 250 mm） column. The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-5% glacial acetic acid （22： 78） and detecting wavelength was 322 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0725 -0.2900 μg for ferulic acid （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 99.46% and RSD was 1.26%. Conclusion This method is simole, sensitive, accurate and available for the quality control of Fuvuekang Cansules.
