高效液相色谱法测定黏膜溃疡含片中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量

Determination of Catechin and Epicatechin in NianMoKuiYang Buccal Tablet by HPLC

目的建立黏膜溃疡含片中儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以0.04 mol.L-1枸橼酸-N,N-二甲基甲酰胺-四氢呋喃（45∶8∶1）为流动相,检测波长265 nm。结果儿茶素和表儿茶素分别在0.103-2.568μg（r=0.9999）和0.011-0.275μg（r=0.9999）范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为102.17%和99.84%,RSD分别为1.69%和1.44%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To establish a determination method for Catechin and Epicatechin in NianMoKuiYang Buccal Tablet. Methods HPLC method was selected. The mobile phase was 0.04 mol·L^-1 citric acid - N, N-dimethylformamide-tetrahydrofuran（45： 8： 1 ）. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Results The linear ranges for Catechin and Epicatechin were 0. 103 - 2. 568 pLg（ r = 0.999 9） and 0.011 - 0. 275 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）, respectively. Its average recoveries were 102.17% with RSD of 1.69% and 99.84% with RSD of 1.44%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for quality control of NianMoKuiYang Buccal Tablet.
