舒督丸提取工艺研究

Studies on the Extraction Process of ShuDu Pill

目的优选研究舒督丸的提取溶剂和提取工艺条件。方法用小鼠醋酸扭体法比较方剂水提物、乙醇提物的镇痛作用强度,优选提取溶剂;以柚皮苷提取率和水总浸出物提取率为评价指标,对提取工艺进行正交试验,优选合理的提取工艺参数。结果以水为提取溶剂其镇痛作用最显著。最佳提取工艺条件是提取4次,每次提取时间分别为3,2,1,1 h,每次加水量分别为6,4,4,2倍。结论确定的提取工艺条件能使有效成分被充分提取,保证药效与制剂质量。

Objective To select the extraction solvent and conditions of ShuDu Pill. Methods Acetic acid writhing method on mice was used to compare the analgesic effects of the water extract and the alcohol extract orthogonal design was used to optimize the reasonable extraction conditions with the evaluation markers such as naringin extraction rate and water extract . Results The analgesic effect treated with the water extract is more significant . The extraction conditions were as follows：the medical material was soaked in 6,4,4,2 times water and boiled 4 times , 3,2,1,1 hours for each time . Conclusion The extraction conditions established can make the extraction rate of active components high and make the therapy and quality optimal .
