止咳宁嗽胶囊质量标准的研究

Quality Standard for Zhikeningsu Capsules

目的建立止咳宁嗽胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其处方中桔梗、荆芥、紫菀（制）、前胡进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定麻黄中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。结果盐酸麻黄碱含量在0.01242-0.07452μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为0.95%（n=6）。结论该方法操作简单、稳定、专属性和重现性良好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish the test methods for the quality of ZhikeNingsu Capsule Methods The thin layer chromatography was adopted for the quality identification of Radix platycodonis, herba schizonepetae, Radix et rhizoma asteris and Radix peucedani in the products of ZhikeNingsu Capsule. The contents of ephedrine hydroehloride in the capsule was determined by HPLC. Results Protoeateehuie aldehyde showed good linear relationship when the content were within 0. 01242 - 0.07452 μg in the samples . The average recovery was 98.8% ,RSD was 0.95% （n =6） Conclusion The method is simple, stable, and accurate. So it can be used to be quality standard for ZhikeNingsu Capsule.
