摘要
公司僵局是司法实践中常见难题,修订后的新公司法,在许多方面涉及公司僵局,对解决公司僵局问题有着积极的推动作用。同时,本次公司法在修订中也存在一定不足,需要立法加以进一步完善。
Corporation deadlocks are the serious problems in judicial practice. The revised law of corporation concerns much about it in many aspects. This article analyzes in detail the influence which the revised law of corporation has upon appearance and relief of the corporation deadlocks. Furthermore, it devises how to perfect the law of corporation and how to relieve the corporation deadlocks.
