摘要
采用CCD显微摄像仪获取了树脂基三维五向编织复合材料的一系列截面图像,分析了编织复合材料内纱线的排列规律及其截面形状的变化.实验结果显示:沿编织成型方向,三维五向编织复合材料的不同横截面内纱线的排列方式不同,呈周期性变化;编织纱线的截面形状近似为扁平的凸透镜形;第五向不动纱的轴线基本保持伸直,其截面形状沿其轴向近似为扇形和三角形相互过渡变化;表面编织纱线的排列方式与内部编织纱线的排列有关,其截面形状近似为椭圆形.
A series of cross-section images of 3D five-directional braided composites are captured by the CCD microscope, and then the yarns' arrangements and their section patterns are discussed. Experimental results show that the yarns' arrangements are different in the different cross-sections of 3D five-directional braided composites, and are changing periodically. The braiding yarns' section looks like a flat convex lens approximatively. The axial yams are almost straightened, but their sections are changing from fanlike shape to triangle shape alternately along their axes. The surface yarns' arrangements are related to the interior yarns' pattern, and their sections near to the elliptical shape.
