摘要
为了获得更加安全稳定的玻璃钢产品,以紫外线灯为光源,对不饱和聚酯基玻璃钢材料进行了不同时间的紫外线照射,并对照射前后试样进行了拉伸性能的测试以及表面形态和拉伸断裂面形态的SEM分析.试验结果表明,在小于80 h的紫外线照射时间内,玻璃钢的拉伸强力轻微上升,并在50 h处取得最大上升率为10.3100/;随着照射时间延长,即当时间大于140 h时,玻璃钢的拉伸强力迅速下降,在200 h处降到最低点,下降率为23.8100/.
In order to get safer GFRP, the tensile strength of glass fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester composites treated is tested by UV lamp with different time, and then its morphology of surface and tensile fracture is analysed by SEM. The results indicate that the tensile strength increases slightly within 80 h, and gets the maximal ascend ing rate 10.31% at 50 h, but when the UV treating time exceeds 140 h, the tensile strength decreases rapidly, and gets the maximal descending rate 23.81% at 200 h.
