摘要
采用均匀设计法设计VARTM工艺用环氧树脂体系的配方,研究温度、低分子量聚酰胺、改性胺、稀释剂等4种因素对环氧树脂体系的粘度、低粘度平台、拉伸强度、弯曲强度等指标的影响.采用不同数学模型的回归分析法拟合试验数据,使用优选的回归方程定量描述工艺窗口指标与各变量间的关系,利用它们优化配方和预测工艺窗口,得到最优化配方为:温度40℃;环氧树脂:100份、TY-300:8份、TM-1:10份、单环氧稀释剂501:18份.
By using uniform design VARTM process's epoxy system formulation is designed, and the effects of temperature, low molecular weight polyamine thinner, toughened amine and thinner on epoxy system's viscidity, processing window, tensile strength and flexural strength are investigated. By appling regression analysis experiment data are imitated, then, by using the regression equation the relation of the index of processing window and each variables is described, by which the resin formulation is optimized and the processing window is predicted. The optimized formulation : temperature 40℃ ; epoxy : 100 ,.TY-300:8, TM-1 : 10,501 : 18.
