教师教育观念的转变是一个长期、艰苦、复杂的认识过程,探寻合理有效的途径、帮助中小学教师树立现代教育观念是我国教育改革的重要举措。中小学教师实现现代教育观念需要良好的外部环境、合理的教师培养机制,还需要教师加强教育理论学习和教育创新实践。

The change of a teacher＇s educational ideas is a long-termed and difficult process of cognition. It is an important measure to help teacher in middle and primary schools establish modem educational ideas. To achieve this aim, it needs good outer envoironment, reasonable cultivating system, and teachers must further learn new educational theories and implement modem educational practice.
