摘要
现有温度应力计算方法采用查诺谟图进行,计算繁琐,不便于程序设计。本文在大量计算基础上,建立了温度应力经验计算公式,与规范解相比,该公式精度较高,能满足工程需要。其次,在温度应力计算中采用的基顶当量回弹模量,是基于基顶弯沉等效为原则换算得到的,这种换算原则并不能真实反映基层对路面板温度应力的影响。为此,通过大量的计算分析,本文建立了以温度应力等效为原则的基顶当量回弹模量换算方法。与有限元解比较,结果表明该换算方法的精度完全能满足工程计算的需要。
For the sake of convenient application and avoiding consulting a nomogram for the calculation of thermal stresses, an empirical formula, which has precision in use, for the coefficient of thermal stresses was presented through a great deal of calculation for different pavements. The calculation method of the equivalent modulus of elasticity of foundation based on the principles of displacement equivalence can't actually reflect the influence of semi-rigid base on the thermal stresses in cement concrete pavement. A calculation method of the equivalent modulus of elasticity of foundation based on the principles of thermal stress equivalence was established. The method could accurately reflect the influence of the modulus and thickness of semi-rigid type base on the cement concrete pavement thermal stresses. The computed results was consistent with those of 3D FEM, indicating that the calculation method was reliable.
