New Curriculum and the Reconstruction of Teacher Culture

摘要 重建教师文化应实现教师角色由工具人到目的人的转变;在交往文化上,要从封闭疏离变为通力合作;学校管理要走向民主的以人为本的文化管理。 Teacher culture, including the integrity of common thinking way, value orientation, attitude inclination and behavior standard, is of great significance in the new curriculum reform. To reconstruct teacher culture, we should try to carry on following principles : first, teacher role should be changed from "instrument man" to "aim man" ; second, teachers should cooperate with each other instead of being isolated; finally, school management should be democratic and humanized.
