摘要
死刑存废已是当下中国的热门话题,对此,我们既不可操之过急,又不可熟视无睹;而是应该看清死刑问题的历史背景和国际形势,认真思考,理性看待。
The death penalty has already been a hot issue in China today. We either want to salve this problem in haste, nor ignore it entirely. We should understand the historical background of the death penalty and international situation, think twice and rationally. The feasible way is abolishing some and retaining some.
