多支冠状动脉病变行完全血运重建对老年冠心病患者生活质量的影响

Influence of revascularization by percutaneous coronary intervention on the life quality of elderly patients with multivessel coronary artery disease

目的:对比老年多支冠状动脉病变(多支血管病变)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)行完全血运重建和不完全血运重建对术后长期生活质量的影响。方法:PCI术后2年随访,采用36项健康调查量表(SF-36),分析南京军区南京总医院心血管内科2003年6月至2004年12月完成PCI治疗的老年多支血管病变患者的临床资料及生活质量测定结果。结果:除精神健康无明显变化外,其他7个维度均有显著提高。完全血运重建组患者生活质量改善优于不完全血运重建组。结论:PC I治疗能明显改善老年多支血管病变患者的长期生活质量,但完全血运重建对老年多支血管病变患者生活质量的改善明显优于不完全血运重建。

Objective ：To evaluate the influence of complete or incomplete revascularization on the life quality of elderly patients with multivessel coronary artery disease. Methods：The study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and the quality of life assessment result in the elderly patients with multivessel coronary artery disease, who were over 60 years, underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） procedure from June 2003 to December 2004 in our center, and followed-up for 2 years with the 36 items short form health survey （SF-36）. Results ： All domains, except that for mental health, assessed by the SF-36 showed significantly higher scores after revascularization by PCI, and the scores in completely revascularized patients were higher than those in incompletely revascularized patients. can significantly improve the quality of life and the improvement is better with complete than with incomplete revascularization.
