摘要
竞争优势是竞争力强弱的表现,竞争力是企业满足顾客、创造满意顾客的能力、水平的反映。一些企业市场竞争乏力,根本原因在于没有真正以顾客为尊,缺乏创新。建立新的竞争优势,需要创建强势品牌、加快市场反应速度,必须以创新为基础。当前企业尤其需要的是观念的创新,营销创新,管理机制创新和企业文化创新。
Competence superiority symbolizes the ability of competence, while competence reflects the level and ability of an enterprise to satisfy its customers. Some enterprises lack competence because they neglect the needs of their customers. They also lack innovation. To establish new competence superiority, enterprises need to set famous brands and quicken the response to the market. We should put innovation as the leading target. At the present, our enterprises need innovation in mind, marketing , governing mechanism and enterprise culture.
