摘要
以人参皂苷Rg1为代表,综述了近几年来Rg1在中枢神经系统、心血管系统、内分泌系统以及免疫系统的药理作用研究进展,探讨了其可能的作用机制及应用前景。此外,还对Rg1的吸收和代谢等药代动力学最新研究进展进行了总结,并在此基础上将药效学特征与药代动力学行为进行了比较与联系,为进一步的深入研究人参皂苷类药物提供思路。
Panax ginseng is a highly valuable herb in Asia, containing many constituents, of which the majority are ginsenosides. For the purpose of providing thoughts and methods on the study of ginsenosides, the research progress of ginsenoside Rg1, a representative, in the pharmacology of central nervous system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system and immune system are reviewed, and the possible mechanism and application are discussed in this paper. Besides, the advances in pharmacokinetics of Rg1 such as absorption and metabolism are also summarized. On this foundation, the pharmacological characteristics and pharmacokinetic behaviors are compared and correlated for further in-depth research.
