摘要 目的探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像技术及临床应用价值。方法对兰州大学第一医院放射科34例(其中包括1例冠状动脉成形术后,9例支架置入术后)受检者行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查,评价64层螺旋CT对冠脉各支的显示能力。结果34名受检者,冠状动脉显示成功率96.9%,优良率87.97%,心率与图像质量呈负相关(r=0.948,P=0.014)。结论在控制心率(70次/min)下,优化检查方法,64层螺旋CT能显示冠脉所有1-3级分支及大部分4级分支,是无创、简便、优良、准确的冠状动脉成像方法。对冠状动脉病变的筛查与诊断、冠脉支架置入术及搭桥后的评价与随访有无可比拟的优势。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 64 MSCT in detecting coronary artery angiography. Methods 34 patients were studied by 64 MSCT (including one CABG, nine ICS) from Apr. to Oct. 2006 to evaluate the accuracy of 64 MSCT. Results Two hundreds and fifty-eight segments were available from 266 coronary segments (96.9%). Out of them, 234 (87.97%) of them were excellent images. A significant negative correlation was observed between heart rate and imaging quality (r =0.948). Conclusions By controlling the patients' heart rate and optimizing the technical methods, 64 MSCT can detect all of the 1-3 branch of coronary artery. 64-slice MSCT coronary angiography is a non-invasive, simple, and reliable method. It has some particular superiority in diagnosing coronary artery disease and evaluating the effects of coronary artery bypass graft.
