一株产纤维素酶细菌X10-1-2的鉴定

Identification of a strain bacteria producing cellulase X10-1-2

从土壤中筛选出来一株产纤维素酶的细菌,编号X10-1-2。该菌株为革兰氏阳性杆菌,可生成芽孢,好氧。最高生长温度为35-45℃,最低生长温度为10-20℃。在实验室根据其个体形态、菌落形态、生理生化特征作为分类依据,鉴定为蜡样芽孢杆菌（Bacillus cereus）。

An aerobic bacterial strain X10-1-2 producing cellulase was isolated from soil. It was gram positive, sporeforming and aerobic bacteria. The highest and lowest growth temperature were 35-45℃ and 10-20℃, respectively. It was identified as Bacillus cereus, according to tests of individual, colonial morphological and physiological properties, and biochemical reaction as classification basis.
