On Development of Science-Technology Talent of Ethnic Groups

分析了我国少数民族科技人才资源开发的现状、成因及重视开发的重要意义,并指出以培育新的经济增长点为突破口,重视少数民族科技人才资源开发既是民族地区实施西部大开发和全面建设小康社会的需要,又是我国建设创新型国家的需要。

This article has analyzed the situation, the origin of the situation and the vital significance of development of science-echnology talent of ethnic groups, and has pointed out that regarding new economic growth point as a breach is not only the need of the grand western development program and building a wellff society in an all-round way, but also the need of building a creative country.
