The Influence of External Window’s Air Tightness on Residential Building’s Energy Consumption

摘要 以宁波地区为例,从全年动态计算能耗入手,分析了外窗气密性对居住建筑全年能耗的影响;分析表明模型建筑换气次数从1次.h-1减小到0.1次.h-1,即外窗气密性从2级增大到5级,全年空调能耗不变,全年采暖能耗减小77%,全年耗电量减小15%.提高外窗气密性对减少居住建筑全年耗电量效果较显著,因此减少建筑物空气渗透量能耗是建筑节能的一个重要方面. Taking Ningbo as an example and starting with the annual dynamic energy consumption, this paper analyzes the impact of external window's tightness on residential buildings energy consumption. The analysis indicates that reducing the ventilating frequency of model building from 1 h^-1 to 0.1 h^-1, namely increasing the external window's air tightness degree from 2 to 5, along with the condition that the annual cooling energy consumption remained the same, the annual heating energy consumption would reduce by 77% and the annual electricity energy consumption would decrease by 15%. Improving external window's air tightness has tangible effects in reducing the building's annual energy consumption, so reducing the amount of air infiltration is of great importance to the building's energy saving.
