摘要
在H3PO4介质和室温条件下,痕量SO32-能灵敏地催化KBrO3氧化5-溴-(2-吡啶偶氮)-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)的褪色反应.研究了该催化反应的最佳实验条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量SO32-的新方法.方法的线性范围为0.3~2.7μg/mL,检出限为1.82×10-7 g/mL.该法用于白葡萄酒中SO32-含量的测定,结果令人满意.
Based on the catalytic effect of sulfite on the the H3 PO4 medium, a new catalytic spectrophotometric oxidation reaction of 5-Br-PADAP by KBrO3 in method for the determinations of sulfite has been developed. A good linear relationship was obtained in the concentration range of sulfite over 0.3-2.7μg/mL with a detection limit of 1. 82 × 10^-7 g/mL. The developed method was applied to the determination of sulfite in white grape wine with satisfactory results.
