Key Ability Training of German Vocational Education

经过多年对德国职业教育的研究和实地考察,以关键能力为主题,较全面地介绍了德国职业教育中关键能力的产生背景、关键能力的概念、关键能力的培养方式,并分析了关键能力培养同素质教育的相互促进的关系,对职业院校加强内涵建设,提高教育教学质量,全面加强素质教育具有一定的借鉴作用。

On the basis of writer＇s research for German vocational education and visiting in German in person for years, taking the key ability as the subject, the writer gives an overall introduction on the background, concept, way of training for the key ability of German vocational education. It also analyses the promoting relationship between the ability training and quality education. It has some experiences which can be borrowed to strengthen connotation construction, improve teaching quality of vocational education and strengthen quality education for the time being.
