高职教育面临着学生素质参差不齐,总体水平不高、学习积极性不强等诸多困难。为了让学生得到最优发展,需要对学生进行有效分层,避免因分层教学导致对学生的一些负面影响;探寻一套行之有效的分层教学策略,利用现代教育技术将“分层教学”与“多媒体或网络环境下的课堂教学”进行有效整合。
