穴位注射合中药防治恶性肿瘤化疗毒性反应临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Toxic and Side effects of Chemotherapy of Malignant Tumor by Acupoint-injection Combined with Chinese Drugs

目的:探讨治疗恶性肿瘤化疗副作用的有效方法。方法:按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组60例和对照组35例,在化疗同时,治疗组采用黄芪注射液及当归注射液行足三里、中脘、脾俞、肾俞穴位注射,合中药治疗;对照组服用鲨肝醇50mg,利血生20mg,每日3次。结果:治疗组在消化道毒性、骨髓抑制毒性方面明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射合中药治疗肿瘤化疗过程中的毒性反应安全有效。

Objective ： To explore effective methods fortreatment of toxic and side-effects of chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods：In chemotherapy treatment group （60 cases） were treated with injection of Huangqi injection and Danggui injection with Chinese drugs into Zusanli, Zhongwan, Pishu, Shenshu, and the control group （35 cases）with administration of batyl alcohol tablets 100mg,leucogne 20 mg,thrice each day. Results ：The treatment group in toxicity for the digestive tract and bone-marrow-arresting toxicity was significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： The acupoint-injection combined with Chinese drug is effective and safe for treatment of toxic and side-effects of chemotherapy.
