摘要
介绍了线阵CCD图象传感器TCD1251UD的数据采集系统的构成及设计方案,给出了CCD驱动脉冲产生电路的设计思想和实现过程,通过Quartus软件进行了仿真验证,同时还设计了CCD输出信号的调理电路、D/A转换电路,并利用单片机AT89C52实现了数据采集.
The system configuration and design scheme of a data acquisition system based on a linear array CCD image sensor TCD1251UD was introduced. The electric circuit design principle and implementation of CCD' s driving pulse was presented, which was confirmed by Quartus simulation. The output signal of CCD was conditioned and D/A converted, then acquired and stored by single chip microcontroller AT89C52.
